sometimes, i'll get real scared at the thought of

somehow, we're not at that 16,18 age where love comes everywhere.
like, half naive half mature.
i like the way our dates differ so much.
we can be tickling each other till we pee in our pants.
or racing along expressways
eating cotton candy and daring each other in public
to dressing up and attending formal functions like wedding dinners or graduation ceremonies.
i'm not saying that our love is perfect.
there are times when we irritate the helll outta each other.
or times when we just get mad.
but i really think that we have something special.
