i dunno what to say so i'll just copy and paste from my lil sis' blog:

Its so saddening
I havent been blogging for the past two days.
My uncle passed away last friday so went to attend his wake.
he looked like my grandad.
I couldn't recognise him.we planned to visit him on friday night,
but we were too late. he passed away on friday morning.
we dint get to see him for the last time.thats our greatest regret.
the last time i saw him was arnd Sep? temple to pray tgt.
Mandai arnd noon tday.
and back to my uncle's house to clear the stuffs and sorted out all his docx. it so saddening when i see those medical reports, letters, appts. Especially, there's one appt on the 28 of Oct, which was 3days before he passed away. its really sad to see it.

i think he look more like my dad. of all my dad's siblings,
he is the one who look most alike to him.
kinda like how my dajie and i look kinda alike but different.
they also have many things in common..like handwriting almost the same etc..
while i was sorting out his documents, i saw this report from a nurse in the cancer society.
she wrote on 28 oct:
"visited patient in hospital today.
patient expressed desire to go home and says he can look after himself."
While clearing out his stuffs, i found a table calendar.
every month was marked with 2 ncc (cancer society) appointments and a few "鱼水"
I didnt know what was that so I asked my dad.
My dad laughed and said "that was when he changed the fish tank water lah" he marked every 13 and 29 of the lunar calendar with a sticker and a star.
i still dunno what it means. maybe someday i'll find out.
